Candidates undergo practical skill assessment within active Indian construction environments, facilitated through industry partners. Performance is evaluated on execution accuracy, safety awareness, and site discipline. Only candidates who meet defined technical benchmarks are progressed for international consideration. If they don't meet Grade-A standards here, they are never referred to our European partners.

Filtering

Evaluation
